Hi. Just updated for Version 5, and now the date field dont call calendar to choose date.

@kk kristy: Follow this path plugins/anona-core/anona-shortcodes/shortcode/appointmentcallout.php and add this line of code $disabled_days ='null'; after line no 39 in appointmentcallout.php file.
