Hi,

i’m having some issues with the doctor’s drop down list on the appointment page of my website. Previously, after selecting department, the drop down list for doctors would appear but now it doesn’t appear anymore so people are not able to book an appointment as doctor selection is a required field.

Would you be able to fix the issue and have the drop down list re-appear again?

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
