Appointment hours displayed as “00:00 – 00:00”, but saved as (08:00 – 14:00),
Wordpress Localized in Russian

If you set the WordPress in your russian then you can see the difference and make sure you don’t set the opening hours greater than the closing time or improper time which will messup the layout or business hours.
