I am self-marking this as resolved because I ended up installing Bookly. Your appointment booking system sucks! I wish I had know this before I bought this template (or before I installed it and edited it!). It’s an integral part of your theme and yet on closer inspection it becomes obvious that it was just something you threw in that looks good on the surface but works horribly. So if anyone else is going through what I have been going through I suggest you save yourself the headaches, purchase the Bookly plugin and just replace this appointment garbage completely.

Sorry to hear about but its really strange to see the issue with responsiveness. I endedup with testing on your demo but you have resolved using another plugin but anyhow I have tested on my server and it seems to be working fine. Might be something was wrong at your end or so. If you can create another page and setup a demo appointment page and we will consider taking a closer look into it.
