Home page appointment is not working. Where do I configure the backend email for the home page appointment form?
On the home page, we have used Appointment CallOut Shortcode. If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
I have checked it. It’s working fine at my end. Please provide the screenshot where exactly the problem persists.
Did you fill the form and send it? (On home page) Tell me where do I receive the mail for appointment? Or if it’s in admin panel please guide where exactly it is.
You have to fill the form in the home page. After submitting, it will redirect you to the appointment form page where you have to fill all the fields. After filling, click on appointment button, then you’ll receive the mail to your mail id with a confirmation link.
Is it so….? Why to have two appointment forms, people will get confused as it happened for me. Anyway thanks I didn’t notice it was meant for that.
It’s a shortcode in the home page which we have provided. And you can place this shortcode anywhere in the theme. And the values which we provide in the home page shortcode, it stores those values in the appointment form after redirecting. So, for that purpose we have used this shortcode.
Thanks. Excellent reply in short time. Now tell me something more, how do we add more doctors in same department with same time allotment for appointment? Do I need to add all doctors with all their available dates and time under department page?
Thanks. I got it.
