    Hi there and hello.

In Theme Options under Appointment Form, there is an opportunity to rename the text for Appointment Details. I do not see Appointment Details on the Form. How can I add a text box on the form for customers to enter appointment details. I would also want those details sent in e-mail.

    Thank you very much.

    Regards,
    JD

Appointment details text won’t show up on form. After booking an appointment, you’ll get a url to your email id, which you have mentioned in the form. Click on that url, it will take you to a manage reservation template, there the “Appointment Details Text” will be shown, which you have entered in the theme options.

We will consider adding a shortcode for the appointment details where users submitted details will also be emailed to you and you can do that shortcode in the email setup page in theme options panel.

    Shailaja,

Thanks so much for explaining that. First, thanks also for a great theme!

What I am really looking for is a way for the person making the appointment to add some notes about their pest problem, that we can see when they make the appointment.

For example, they may say, “Watch out for killer dog on property; wait by gate.” Or they may say, “Please call when you are 5-mins away so I know when to expect you.”

Those type of notes we would like to capture from the customer right onto the form.

So I suppose this is an enhancement request, or is that possible now?

    Regards,’
    JD

We have added this feature in latest version. Please update your theme to latest version.

Anona – v3.1.0 – Updated – 27th November 2015 – is available for download. Make sure you take a backup of the old version before updating to the latest version of the theme. Please do check the theme ChangeLog.txt file provided in the full package downloaded from themeforest/codecanyon.

    Shailaja,

Just updated! Thank you so much. My client pointed out that the “pest” does not show up in the e-mail either. So he has the customer’s name, e-mail, phone, address, details, but not the name of the pest (e.g., Ants, Bees, Bed Bugs). Is there a shortcode for the PEST to show up in the Admin E-mail notification?

    Kind Regards,
    JD

No, this feature is unavailable at present. We’ll consider adding this feature in future updates.

    Shailaja,

Thank you very much for your response and consideration. To clarify, having the pest (the “service”) in the subject and/or BODY of the Admin e-mail would be outstanding. Very useful to many persons.

Thank you again for such a great theme!

    Sincerely Yours,
    JD
