Hi Support team
I have noticed that on homepage the appointment callout shortcode is not responsive, have also checked your demo too and even in your demo this element/shortcode is not responsive.
In my website if I use flex sliders the caption or title of the sliders are not shown in mobile view.
Furthermore, following pages on your demo & on my website does not show images on iphone.
wp/anona/services/
wp/anona/residential-services/
wp/anona/commercial-services/
Please advise.
Thanks
For this, In my website if I use flex sliders the caption or title of the sliders are not shown in mobile view.:
Yes, we have disabled the caption of the sliders in mobile view.
And also content is displayed and the images are set to hidden in mobile devices.
And for the appointment callout shortcode, we are taking a closer look at it and we’ll let you know asap.
Appointment callout shortcode responsive issue is fixed. Edited File: responsive.css
Always take a backup of this file whenever you update the theme or else you can add this file your child theme. So that whenever you update the theme, you’ll never loose the changes.
No, already I have fixed in your theme. No need to download the file again.
We are setting this topic to be resolved but if you wish to update this topic please reply here instead of creating another topic.
@terrencechung: I have seen that it’s working fine at my end. Can you send me the screenshots of the issue so that I can inspect it.
Kinldy provide your email id in the email field.
Go to that particular page in the admin panel and generate the button shortcode according to your requirements. Look at the code which is highlighted in the attached screenshot.
You need to add the link attribute for the button. Why don’t you give it a try with generating a new shortcode. Do not use the shortcodes which comes default with the theme they are limited with some features. But if you try to generate a new shortcode you will be able to get more features and add some more functionalities like colors of your choice width etc. etc.
But if you still want to use the same shortcode then please add a link attribute to your button shortcode. link="http://yourlink/"
