On my Request an Appointment calendar widget it tells me I’m closed on Fridays and Saturdays. In my Business Hours, I’ve selected Saturdays and Sundays as being closed. Can you please help with this?

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins

@decodal: We have already fixed it. Please update the latest version!
Medical – v3.0.0 – Updated – 28th July 2015 – is available for download. Make sure you take a backup of the old version before updating to the latest version of the theme. Please do check the theme ChangeLog.txt file provided in the full package downloaded from themeforest/codecanyon.
