    Hi Support team,

I have duplicated the coding for the appointment bar. However, the duplicated appointment is not well displayed – the sides of the appointment bar is cut away revealing white patches on both sides. Please help. Thank you.

Make sure you set your template as Fullwidth Section from the attributes panel. See attached screenshot.

    Hi Fem,

The template is already set as Fullwidth Section. The issue still persists.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.

You have to place the appointment callout shortcode outside of the section. Then it will show you perfectly.

    1. It means that you are placing the shortcode in section layout, the form won’t show in fullwidth. Like this,
[section parallax="false" position="left_top" repeat="repeat"][appointment_callout title="APPOINTMENT" shortinfo="Short Summary for the appointment callout box goes here and you can add more content using shortcode." textcolor="#ffffff" buttoncolor="yellow" rounded="true" bgcolor="#444444" buttontext="REQUEST AN INSPECTION"][/section]

If you are using the shortcode without the section layout then it shows you in fullwidth. Like this,
[appointment_callout title="APPOINTMENT" shortinfo="Short Summary for the appointment callout box goes here and you can add more content using shortcode." textcolor="#ffffff" buttoncolor="yellow" rounded="true" bgcolor="#444444" buttontext="REQUEST AN INSPECTION"]

    2. It’s not possible to place the appointment callout in one half column.

    3. You can change the logo from Theme Options > General Tab.

I am having this same issue with the Appointment Callout box not displaying to full width. As a matter of fact none of my boxes on my website flushes full width and my front page buttons 5 Start Protection, Pest Library Boxes on Front page and on Services page the buttons are not on even length. So very frustrating as I pulled in the Demo Data. I almost want a refund.

I see you are using some page builder for developing that. Kindly please remove that page builder and implement it. I have changed the page builder mode to text editor mode and now works fine.
