When updating the Appearance > LifeCare > Medical Settings > Doctor Single Page Slug – and setting the value to anything (for example – my-specialist), it breaks the actual doctors detail page.

So, when going to /my-specialist/doctors-name, it shows a 404 error.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

You have to create a separate doctor single page and do not use this same slug anywhere on your website due to the same slug Error 404 error is coming.

We had fixed the issue check it. The following error is coming due to after changing slug you didn’t save the permalink.

The following are the permalink path go through the dashboard Settings/Permalink here you need to save changes for permalinks.
