Hello,

I just installed the Hopes Theme on WordPress and received a notifications that i have to set up my visual composer license and API Key to get updates from Visual Composer.

Now i have troubles with both items.
– When i enter my item purchase code, the accounts says that the license is invalid and i have to check my account. I checked several times, but cannot find another code or mistake. Can anyone tell me where to find the right code or where it went wrong?
– My Envato account doesn’t show an API Key, so i tried generating one and filled it in on the visual composer settings. Didn’t work either. Do i have to generate a API Key, or is it supposed to be in the account already?

Hi jkremer,

Thanks for purchasing our product and you don’t need to worry about Visual Composer License as the theme it self contains the Visual Composer plugin for which you don’t want have the License code or API keys we will take care of visual composer updates and this updates will going to be releases with theme updates.
