Hi,
I’ve purchased Anona theme and trying to import demo data, it asked me to import theme options. But when I tried to import it’s just loading endlessly.

@perthpest2020 – If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

I am now able to see some of the demo data but getting this error on my Dashboard jQuery Migrate Helper — Warnings encountered.
Please let me know are you finished importing data or still on it?

Installation is done. you can now proceed and let me know if you have any questions. There is one error which can be fixed via FTP as i don’t have permission to edit files from the theme editor.

Hello, I’m having same issue after uploading Main and Child.
I try to load the Appearance/Anona and it just sits and spins.
You need to have a work around for this so we will not have to bother you.
We are paying good money for a theme that isn’t working.

Please send your work around instructions or Post

I installed the theme.
Went to Theme and activated it.
Then went to select the Anona on Admin drop down list
I click and nothing happens.
It just sits there spinning and not loading anything inside the window.

I have tired different browsers, Chrome, Firefox and Microsoft browsers nothing works.
I have also re-did the WordPress site from Scratch 4 times
Nothing is working from this theme.

I have also tried using it inside my Developer local.dev engine ( Local and Wamp Server 64 )
Also doesn’t open inside the local or Wamp WordPress in browser either. just wordPress admin and other themes work just fine inside using this feature also.

Please send me an email with a different package of the Anona theme in zip file and i will try again

@Fem … deactivating Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin fixed the Jquery issue. But when I go to Theme => Customize .. it leads me to a blank window. I don’t want to wait for three more days. Kindly refund my money. I’ve already had enough.

My “support period” has expired…
But I need anyway a theme that works as it promised.

I’ve cleaned cache, but the issue is still there. The customization option is still not working and it’s a blank screen.

@perthpest2020 – Anona theme is not compatible with Elementor because the shortcodes which are there in our theme that shortcodes you cannot use. or else you can use the WP Bakery page builder so that you can use all the functionality and shortcodes of our theme.
