    Since I updated to WordPress 4.7, it always shows me Closed. Detects every day as Thursday, even shows it separately from the rest of days that have the same schedule (screenshot3). In the English version it shows well in footer (screenshot4) that show a widget, but does not show the single day (screenshot5) that is a shortcode.
    I uddated the plugin to 4.0 and occurs the same

    I think it is a cache issue. The plugin isn’t caching ready yet. Kindly clear the cache and let us know and if the problem still persist then provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
    Note: Before providing the wp-logins to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including wordpress content, theme options, widgets etc.

    I have checked at my end and it’s working fine. May be it is conflicting with the other plugin. Once try deactivating the plugins one by one and see if it works. I have checked with page builder site origin also.

    Kindly install the theme freshly in your localhost and try deactivating all the other plugins one by one, also clear your cache and let us know. It might be conflict with some other plugins.

    Hi,

    i´ve got the same problem. It seems that it is a caching problem.

    I use the plugin “WP Rocket” for caching and ask them about the problem. They wrote me this: “I’m not familiar with that particular plugin, but it sounds like it’s only using PHP to update itself. The problem is that PHP does not run on a cached page – that’s what makes caching fast. So, it will only update after the cache is cleared. For that widget to be truly dynamic and be able to run correctly when cached, it’s developer would have to code it in JavaScript.”

    Is that the problem? If so when do you fix it? Otherwise the plugin is useless.

    Hi,

    that does not help since the opening hours shows in the footer.
    Are you working on a solution to make your plugin “cacheable”?

    @junkih We are working to the plugin caching friendly. But right now it’s not caching friendly.

    Clearing your cache in WordPress can be something you may need to do from time to time when using a caching plugin to speed up WordPress. If you make changes to your WordPress site and don’t see the changes when visiting the updated page, you may need to clear your cache. This is because the caching plugin could still be showing the cached version of your page.

    We have asked the caching plugin authors to add an option to exclude a dynamic content running widget or a shortcode from being shortcode. As soon as we get answers we will get back to you all.

    @junkih:
    If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can make a fix if you are using the WP Super Cache Plugin. We have found a solution to the caching for this plugin and it works fine for the shortcodes.

    Before giving the credentials make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins. Before providing the wp-logins to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.
