Albums shortcode Genre and Label not working

When using shortcode to filter Albums by either Genre and Label no results are being returned. We can find the albums when applying a search by the postid, but that seems to be it.
We can’t even view these when going to site.co.uk/label/label or site.co.uk/genre/genre as it returns no results were found.

Labels and Genres are definitely associated with the albums, but nothing is returned.

Any advise that you can give here ?

I have personally tested it thoroughly but very strange to see such problem. I will consider taking a deeper look into the issue tomorrow morning and let you know. I’m sure its not related to coding but might be an issue with servers settings where taxonomies are not working or so. If you can provide us the FTP Logins as well then we can take a deeper look and it will easy to trigger the issue. Make sure you set the post reply set as private while posting the logins here.

Tried on another host with another domain, same issue, cannot get the site to generate content by shortcodes.
I’ll include the details for FPT on another private post. Also seem to have issues getting the base data working to get it laid out as per themeforest, worked fine on other host (kind of). Any help with that too ?

I have seen that you have not set the Album Release Date in Album Meta Options. Enter the Release Date in Album Meta Options and also set “Album Orderby” as “Audio Release Date” in Theme Options.(Theme Options-> Music Settings-> Album Orderby)
