album release date doesn't work

hi, I have an issue that even if I click album release date on calender, it does NOT work.
I mean, if I click the date, nothing happens. blank is blank.
so, I typed the date, for example “2013/12/11” in the box, and upload it. it seems fine for a while, but like next day, the release date is gone, somehow it is deleted…
this keeps happening and I don’t know what is wrong.

can you please fix it?

for you info, I am using Japanese WordPress.
