I saw this answer from a previous topic.

4) Yes due to the nature of the theme AJAXIFIED it renders the css on refresh as it doesn’t render the result or css when menu menu is triggered or page is loaded on ajax request. I will look into Ninja Forms as we are looking to make it compatible with Ninja and Gravity Forms as well.

Can you make it compatible also for Visual FOrm Builder and CP Contact Form with PayPal?

If you can provide with WP Logins then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp logins.
