I want a little help here.
I used in the previous version this link http://198.57.189.215:8000//;stream.mp3 and the radio player works well.
Now the same link does not work on the new version.
Could you help me find the right link?
My streaming site start is https://198.57.189.215:2199/start/unplug/
I have tried different options. One sounds, but does not show info, another shows info but does not sound

I see that you are using wrong stream URL.

Try this http://198.57.189.215:8000/;stream/1

The link seems to be with https remove s and make it http. I mean the stream URL.

@estudio7ds, @elena25: If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-logins to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including wordpress content, theme options, widgets etc.

@estudio7ds – I have just tested one of the other stream from the shoutcast and its working fine, Might be there are some settings needed to be done or so am not sure about it

After full research we found that all the clients running the new SHOUTcast Server v2.5.0.715 are experience a terrifying buffering. The old accounts that running the version 2.4.7 seems to be working perfectly. Kindly force back your SHOUTcast version to 2.4.7.

Something has changed on the new 2.5.0.715 version ..and all the clients experienced really huge delay on start, buffering problem and so on..

Using MusicPlay old version 6.0.0 It works perfectly as 6.0.0 Uses jPlayer for the streaming and the recent version of the Musicplay 7.2.0 deprecated the jPlayer and using Full Width Audio Player which buffers a lot and halts with the new versions of the 2.5.0.715 SHOUTcast servers.

We will consider adding a jPlayer for musicplay in the coming release 7.3.0 Tomorrow which reverts back again with the legacy player just to work with these SHOUTcast servers new version and we will keep that player until Shoutcast Server Version 2.5.0.715 issue is resolved by the SHOUTcast server team.

Wait for a new update tomorrow.

For me is impossible to downgrade my shoutcast server as it not belong to me

So i have to wait the next realise tomorrow with the old player

Think about the option to have multiply id’s and the way to see the played history songs as well.

P.S. Remix theme has a good player with a lot of options and no problems. Take a look here if you want 🙂

Remix theme has a good player with a lot of options: Thanks for letting us know. We’ll take a closer look at it and see what are the extra features added.

And regarding the theme, we’ll update the theme with the latest version by tomorrow.

HI, The player after update is working fine.
But, look like the older version.
Any way to get as was before this update?
I can handle the ccs files. Can offer to me the ccs file or the line of player?

The new player isn’t supporting the streaming for the new version of the shoutcast so reverted back to the old player.
