Hi,
After updating the theme the main slider from hompage-2 version disappeared.
I think you have to check with the slider name may be you have updated the page or revolution slider settings got updated. We can’t judge by seeing image/screenshots for few things. We need to check the backend or live URL for which we need WP Logins as well.
You can send wp logins here in support forum by setting the post as private reply.
If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
<small>Note: Before providing the wp-logins to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including wordpress content, theme options, widgets etc.</small>

I updated the theme and wp to the latest versions but all disappeared: I have now this error:
Warning: require_once(/var/www/vhosts/carpointortona.it/httpdocs/wp-content/themes/carzone/framework/admin/iva-importer/iva-importer.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/www/vhosts/carpointortona.it/httpdocs/wp-content/themes/carzone-child/functions.php on line 125 Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/var/www/vhosts/carpointortona.it/httpdocs/wp-content/themes/carzone/framework/admin/iva-importer/iva-importer.php’ (include_path=’.:’) in /var/www/vhosts/carpointortona.it/httpdocs/wp-content/themes/carzone-child/functions.php on line 125
What should I do?
@htsgroup1:
Kindly update the child theme also. After updating, if you still get the same error then if you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-logins to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including wordpress content, theme options, widgets etc.
