I have seen that you are using the older version of the theme. A new version of the theme is released on 15th April 2016 and you can download it from themeforest.

Anona – v3.3.0 – Updated on 15th April 2016 – is available for download. Make sure you take a backup of the old version before updating to the latest version of the theme. Please do check the theme ChangeLog.txt file provided in the full package downloaded from themeforest/codecanyon.

I downloaded new version of Anona v3.3.0, but when I tried updating new version it failed. Other themes that need updating are flagged in the themes section but Anona does not show that it needs to be updated? What are my options?

Fixed both the issues. And I have seen that emails are receiving perfectly at my side. Once check at your end, wait for 5 to 10mins after submitting the form and see.

@Phillip Flores: If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can fix the issue. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins. Otherwise wait for few days we’ll make a fix for this and we’ll update the theme.

I am having the same issue. I don’t get any forwarded admin email from the appointments, either made from Home or the Appointment page itself. Though, I do get a forwarded admin email, IF and ONLY IF the email address (client email) I used to request an appointment (from Home or Appointment page) is the same with the admin email address. A serious issue which needs be resolved immediately. Kindly fix this up please.
