    Hey,

How do I add a video to the homepage image at the top? I’ve had one made, but unsure where to add it.

The URL is: http://www.sloanesselfstorage.co.uk, wanting to put the video where the image of the business is.

    Thanks

    Hello bsloane61,

You have to take video shortcode in place of the image.
go to aivah shortcodes -> select the video shortcode -> add the clip id -> send to editor -> preview the page -> if its working fine then -> update the page.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it and set up the video in place of the image. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets, etc.

Hi, it seems you’ve not put it in the correct position. I asked for it to be where the image of the business is, at the top. Not the image of the inside of the business.

    Thanks

It’s not a business image its called as a slider image. And in place of the slider there is no option to use the image. If you wish to use that then you can add a new row and disable the slider from the page options and place the video shortcode in the text block in a row.

Sorry, I meant where the image of the business is. Okay, I shall do that instead.

    Thanks for the help Fem.
