Hi would it be possible to find out how to add an address field and a drop down menu to the enquiries form on the Anona pest control theme homepage?

Yes, it is possible but it is not that easy to add some fields to the form. We have to add code in some 3 to 4 files. So, it will cost you some dollars to get that work done.

What does the dropdown field contains? Can you please elaborate your questions what are the requirements you need. Based on that we can give a quotation.

It would cost you around 125$ because we need to do right from the scratch and should replicate the code in child theme and it will take around 1 or 2 days to complete.

If I did not customise the homepage (request an inspection) form , how would I simply make the existing fields active and link to an email – so the name, date, email and phone fields are captured?

Might be mail settings are wrong at your end.
If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-logins to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including wordpress content, theme options, widgets etc.

Kindly provide admin email id in Anona Theme Options/Appointment/Admin E-mail Setup/Admin Email ID. Look at the screenshot.
