Hi,
we bought Eventra a few days ago and created a site for our sponsors/partners. If Adblock Plus is activated the logos are invisible. Here you can test it by yourself http://ld96.de/q .
What can we do against this?

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-logins to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including wordpress content, theme options, widgets etc.

I have seen that logos are showing perfectly. Make sure you have selected all the “Sponsor Categories” in sponsor vc addon so that more logos will be shown. Have a look at the screenshot.

But as you said that logos are not showing, can you send us some screenshots where exactly the images are invisible if you activate adblocker plus? Because the logos are showing at my end.

Oh yes, that was our testing site. Now we are trying to move to q-summit.com. But now we have a bigger problem. There is only a loading screen, if I activate a default wordpress theme all seems to work.
I copied the whole files and reuploaded it and I exported the database to import it on the new server.
The admin data are the same.

We need quick support!
