Is there a way to customize the reservation form? things like the number of people, instead of individual numbers, I can put groups of ten (1-10, 10-20, etc)? Can I have drop down menu with the different rooms available for reservation if there is more than one room option? If I need to capture other information besides Name, Email, Phone number, can I add that to the form some where?

Yes there is way to customize the code but its a custom coding it will charge you some $$.

Do you have a rate schedule for doing customizations for the reservations page? I also am having issues with the reservation template, the 2014 version. The times don’t display at all. What do i need to do to make it look like your example in theme forest?

I can’t seem to line up with your open hours, is there a tutorial or instructions where I can get it set up like the demo?

My biggest issue is that the times do not show with the 2014 reservation option checked. What drives the hours to be displayed?

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
