Hi,
The other question about the logo. Kindly please use the SVG Format for the better quality. We don’t control on pixelization or displaying the blurry image or so. If you upload better quality SVG it will be displayed when scaled also as SVG means a scalable vector graphics and if you scale the PNG or JPG it will give you pixelated effects when scaled.

Also tried to upload svg logo but following message comes up:
Sorry, this file type is not permitted for security reasons.

You need to add svg support plugin before adding that format of file.
Regarding the appointments page you need to select the timings from the theme options

Ok thank you. Isit possible to make the Appointment interval 2 hours?
Yes need to make more customization in theme options.

Also how can I move this confirmation text to the bottom of the page under “Make Appointment”? Because not everyone will scroll to the top to see the confirmation text and will be confused if the message has been submitted or not
Yes possible and need to make some changes which will cost you $10
