Header/revslider display working OK in v1.0 is broken in v1.2. Slider does not sit behind logo but under it. No menus display in any header setting.

Is it necessary to upgrade revslider (and other plugins) as well? Is this a simple overwrite?

As said I have updated that v1.0 to 1.2 on request of many users that it wasn’t displaying properly on some browsers so we made the look of the header separated from the slider instead of overlaying on it.

My understanding that the display would be fixed not changed altogether.

How about the menu? That is gone as well. How is that displayed.

Reassigned menu did the trick. Thank you.
The menu no longer stays at the top of the page when scrolling as itdid previously. Have tried all the header options. Possible to set this “floating menu” arrangement?

Oh Yeah it was removed but no worries we will be adding that in the next coming update soon in the next week. It will be called as Fixed Header in header options.
