Theme stuck on "Loading Theme Options"

Can you please help? I purchased this theme a couple of days ago and made some customisations yesterday using a Child Theme. Everything worked when I went to bed last night, but today I can’t modify the theme options via the dashboard as the page gets stuck on “Loading Theme Options”. The page load icon goes round and round but nothing happens. I have tried the following:

– Checked in Chrome in Firefox, same issue
– Deactivated the child theme and tried the parent theme, the problem persists
– Deactivated the only plugin I have installed (WP Super Cache), no change

Everything else seems to work fine.

Any thoughts? Has anybody else encountered this issue? Many thanks in advance

Though we have fixed this recently but If you can provide us the WP Logins with FTP logins then we can take a closer look at it.

Thanks for your reply, I was actually in a hurry and in desperation I started from scratch again and it seems to be working now – no idea what could’ve gone wrong as everything else was working fine…. Only I forgot to back up my mobile customisations to fix the responsiveness issue on the home page – doh! So need to work on that. Now I’m having trouble with the Gallery not displaying at it should… looking to see if there’s already a discussion on this, cheers.

If you can provide with WP Logins then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp logins.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with a URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only the admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

We have checked the code and its a bit lengthy code to work on. We are in the final mode of releasing the updated theme. Which will be released in this week hopefully.

I am having the same problem, I see that the response from 29th April 2021 says there was going to be an updated theme released the same week, but on the Themeforest site it says the last update is from 2018, which is the one I have.

In case it helps someone else, I have found a temporary solution by installing this plug-in: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/. Once activated, I could access the Theme Options again.

However, it looks like without a proper update of the Theme itself, it will soon become unusable due to deprecated code? This is a warning from the plugin itself:

“Right now, you are using a plugin to support some old code in this website’s jQuery JavaScript library. That code is deprecated, meaning it is basically obsolete and is losing the support of your themes and plugins and WordPress itself. This plugin, called Enable jQuery Migrate Helper, is not a fix. It is a temporary solution to give your plugin and theme authors time to update.”
