when a client clicks on Check availability, is it possible to edit whats asked to my liking but also have a pull-down list for city?

we are already adding cities in packages, can it not read that list in as a pull-down?

    Greetings,
I want to set the check availability, but I am not understanding how to link the button click to the page and add more details from the selected package to check.

    And guide please?

I am not sure, if you understand my need, but let me formulate it another way.

If I click on “Check Availability”, actually I am directed to a page, how can I add the form on that?

    Thanks!

Its a template you need to select from ISP Pro Plugin Settings Page. Once you select the template/page you will be redirected to the selected page and if you wish you can create a custom form using contact form 7 and use it.
