on mobile, the menu (3 // bars) doesn’t appear. So clients have just access to home page.
Can you help me ?
in fact the bar is there, but transparance I think. But even if I change colors, still cant see it.
In all browsers.

I saw someone had it also here in the forum, but couldnt see the solution.

thats not from musicplay. its not the original. Ive installed another plug in , just to keep going.

if you touch a mobilescreen, next to the site title on the right sight than the original one appears. But you cannot see it.

hi
I checked the licence. Its $53 , a bit too much only for this item.
In all those years I didnt need support and now for this small item is too much.
You cant help me?

Its not something I dont know how it works, its something wrong with the theme.
I have subwebsites with the same theme, all of them have exactly the same problem with the menu.

So, is it possible to fix the problem or do I have to pay $53 first?
And I saw others had the same problem I have, but couldnt see the solution.
Incase you cant help me, I will consider to keep using the free plug in Im using at the moment.

Incase I need more support $53 would be reasonable.
Curious.

The Theme is working fine at our end. The menu in your theme is getting conflict from some of the other plugins you have installed. We understand your problem but your support has expired on 2016-03-02 i.e., almost three years back and it is a basic to extend support after it has expired no matter you’ve used it or not. I hope you understand and corporate with us.

Ok, Ive just did the payment. License extended!

about my problem:

I deactivated ALL plug ins. Still no hamburger menu on mobile!

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

it looks like I have to wait for hours or maybe days for a response. Your first two reactions did not offer a solution, so I try to think along efficiently.

I have 6 issues.
How can we solve this as effectively as possible, otherwise it will take months.
Shall I list everything at once or should that be one by one.

Go through the directory path ..\wp-content\themes\musicplay\headers\header-style1.php and find following line of code
<a href="#" class="iva-mobile-dropdown"></a> replace with
<a href="#" class="iva-mobile-dropdown"></a>

– And for the social media on top actually, in theme options, you disable the top bar I had enabled the top bar now.

– And for the footer goes through the widgets you will find footer columns add your content here and in theme options select how many columns you need. For now, I have set footer in the middle.

– The latest version of the theme v10.1 updates your theme before updating takes a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets, etc.

Old version runs everything well, all problems solved!
Only 1 problem (a new one) was still there:
– sliders work well, but the titles / texts appear on desktop, but not on mobile!

– Hamburger menu mobile is visible, but the menu does not open.
– slider locks, does not open.

I then reinstalled the old version 8.0. Then everything worked perfectly.

SITUATION NOW
I have now re-installed the new version 10.1 so that you can see the problems and hopefully fix them.
New issues:
– Hamburger menu mobile is visible, but the menu does not open.
– slider locks, does not open.
– sliders titles / texts appear on desktop, but not on mobile! (probably also)

– we have made the slider titles visible on the mobile resolution also.
– We have seen the hamburger menu is working fine at your theme kind you please check it now.
– Google map not coming because you didn’t add google map API key in theme options. Go through the Theme options > Google API key here you need to add your Google map API key.

nothing changed, everything still the same on mobile
also on desk comp version

We made the changes sometimes due to caching it will not show you have to clear your window caching ctrl+shift+R keyboard shortcut.
– And for the google map, you have to register in google maps and purchase google map API key. you can go through this link Google Map API
