Good afternoon, the main menu is not showing on my site. I create a menu and the pages populate but once saved, they disappear. Thoughts?

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

Try disabling all the plugins. About Menu saving part, I see that it has nothing to do with the theme. It might be something wrong with plugin conflict or so.

I have deactivated every plugin and it is still not saving the menu. What do you suggest next?

I see it’s not working even if you activate other themes. It’s something with your hosting department. Try contacting the hosting people and see if they can help you out.
