Post count: 1On checking, we could see that you have purchased shared hosting plan with us.
You can’t edit limit in our shared server. Since it is a shared server, we can’t alter this values for single domain. We have set this limit carefully to avoid any wastage/abuse of server resources and increasing the limit will result in degradation of server’s performance.
When a database query takes more than 20 seconds for its execution, server process will kill the query. You can check the killed MySQL query logs in the file “/home/mmannaco/killed_mysql_queries.log” in file manager.
There are many reasons for over usage of resources by a domain. Resource utilization of a website depends on the site activity, improperly coded scripts, themes, plugins and so on.
The main reason for implementing this resource limit is to maintain the proper functioning of the server and other domains hosted on it.
To resolve the issue, you have to optimize the website code and long running database queries with the help of your web developer such that they use the resources allocated to your domain.
