Our client didn’t want users to be able to schedule or manage appointments directly (I just changed the text of all the fields accordingly to say things like “desired date”, “request”, etc).
The only problem is the email generates a link that looks like it would be for the customer to confirm their appointment (it doesn’t work because I took out the pages to confirm and manage appointments on the frontend, as our client didn’t want those features). Can this link be removed from the email altogether?
