Hi,

We’re also having trouble importing the One Click Demo Content into our website. Like the previous poster, we would like to have almost the same structure as the demo. We get a success message, but the demo content is not there.

Any assistance will be appreciated. We have never used the theme or gotten it to work like the demo.

I see you have posted a comment on the item page with negative rating as well though you have purchased the theme in 2015 and your support was expired on the March 1st, 2016 and now you are still looking for support then extend the support we will be able to help you in installing the theme as shown in the demo.

Try to import the demo content without attachments. Just uncheck the Download Attachments
