    If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.

    I think you need to disable the cache plugin and clear the cache and try. When I add something and tried to remove the shortcode from that page and still it works then replaced the shortcode again but same. Tried to modify the attributes in the shortcodes but still i see no changes.

    So, overall I think there might be something wrong with the SEO plugin or cache at your side.
