Hi,

I have tried installing this theme and when I tried to import the dummy data using the “One Click Demo Content”, the posts of “pest” post-type are not included, also some custom taxonomies.

Some main pages/posts are not included in the import too.

How can we troubleshoot this?

Did you install all the required plugins which comes wwith the Anona Theme activation. Once you activate the plugins then click one click demo install. If it still doesn’t works please let me know so that we can take a closer look at it and make sure you post your WP Logins with the URL and make sure you set the post reply set as private so that only the admin can see the logins.

i am having the same problem. So I went to the documentation which says (WordPress Import posts, pages, comments, custom fields, categories, and tags from a WordPress export file.) and select the file which is provided for you in the sample data folder. and save chages.” I however cannot find and xml file or sample data folder for that matter.

Sorry the demo content is already imported for you and ready to use and sorry we can’t provide you full simple data because the images and the songs we are using have some copyright on it. Let me know is there anything else i can assist you.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.

Anona – v2.0.0 – 21st August 2015 – is available for download. Make sure you take a backup of the old version before updating to the latest version of the theme. Please do check the theme ChangeLog.txt file provided within the full package downloaded from themeforest/codecanyon.

Sorry, I don´t speak english. I have been sick. I have seen demo load in my page wtith errors!!! I see the demo loaded in the web has errors , how can I fix them? For example, revolutionary slaider, services…I just need that demo is properly loaded to continue my work . Thank you

In documentation you speaks about Aivah Core plugin, but it doesn´t exist!!
Pests Display
Activate the Aivah Core plugin from the plugins and once installed and activated then proceed with the following steps below.

Add new page and create some awesome layout using existing layouts from the visual composer or else you can use ‘Pest’ shortcode Aivah Shortcodes which will be beside the visual composer button right above your wordpress content editor.

Create a new page and add columns according to your requirement like currently we have used 6 columns to display the pests with its names. Make sure you use the images not less than 570 pixels to make it responsive in all the devices. Check the fields according to your requirements and then click Send to editor button to send the code to the WordPress content editor. See the image below

Your services pages are loading now. You can check it and let me know if it’s working correct or not.

And coming to pest posttype, there are no posts in pest posttype. You have to create posts in pest posttype as shown in screenshot below.

Those are the images not the icons. You need to edit that post and add your featured image for that specific post then it will appear..
