I want the appointment request form to display on the home page. I have edited the location of the form to be “home page 2”. It doesn’t display. I have tried other pages to see if it will work on another page, and nothing I am doing is getting it to show up. Can you help please?

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.

I have removed this line .iva_apptform_wrap{ display:none; } from Dashboard -> Appearance-> Custom Css

When I complete the appointment form, it is not being received by the email set up in Lifecare under emails for the appointment form. Please help.

I”m not receiving the emails from the appointment form. I see that it’s processing the form and going to the next page — but it’s not sending the emails.

I still am struggling with getting the appointment email from the home page form. I’ve tried many different email addresses in the theme setup – I read on another post that gmail might be a reason why it’s not coming through.

Please help!

If you still have the login it should still be the same.
