The slider is coded with 1920 x 550 size so you need to take exact width and height for the slider if you take bigger height the image will be going to be stretched if you want to increase the height of the slider let me know i can guide you on that or you can contact me via Skype. Mawk-

I sent you a request on Skype.

Our images are the exact size. It looks like there is an issue with the flex-slider plugin that you guys are using to run the slider. To reasons this seems like the case:

1 – When you minimize the browser window and shrink it so you get different media breaks, the image height doesn’t automatically adjust. It is staying fixed-height at 550px. When you do this same thing on your demo, it is doing dynamic height adjusts.

2 – When you use firebug and inspect the elements for the slider, the heights are different on your demo theme and ours. Ours is set to a permanent 550. The demo theme on my browser show 396px.

I have even gone to your demo theme and saved the exact same images on our site and you can see that they are larger in height and the image is stretched as the width doesn’t seem to be calculating correctly either.

    Thanks.

Got your Skype acceptance, but haven’t been able to talk.

Resolution: Looks like you need to be sure and pick Header Style -> Fixed Header under the Hopes configuration options, Headers sub-tab. Once we did that the slider is sizing appropriate, working, and scaling on responsive.

You have plenty of options with the slider revolution. Please do read the documentation and do the necessary settings in the slider for the responsive and other resolution settings you need for the slider.

    Maqk –

Where can I find the documentation.

Our slider was working and scaling for responsive correctly after I set it to the Fixed Header style. Now it seems to be broken again and it looks all warped on mobile.

Could I maybe get a copy of the flex-slider.php file to ensure I have right file and settings?

    Thanks.

Its there in the package where you can find the documentation regarding the Slider Revolution.

Regarding the flex-slider.php file you can’t check anything with the file. Check the theme version and you can find whether you are using the right version of the theme or not.
