According to your video all I need to do to install dummy data is to click the “Import dummy data” in the backend, and then the site will look the same as the live preview. This is not working for me, and I don’t really have time to try and figure all this out.

I purchased this theme on the basis that I could make the site look like the live preview, but this isn’t proving to be the case. Could you give me some assistance on how to install dummy data please.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
