    Hello,

First thank you for the great work in developing “Hopes” 🙂
I just want to duplicate the same layout of the home page as shown in the demo here http://www.aivahthemes.com/hopes/
When I am adding full width page section, it is limited to the page width. And it does not extend like the section under the slider to fit all the page.

Can you please advise me what to do?

Thanks for the purchase and appreciation of the theme and your kind words 🙂

Make sure you sent the page fullwidth and then you need to use the section fullwidth shortcode or use Row from visual composer and set the fullwidth content background to get that style layout. If you have time and can come online in skype then we can give you a 2 minutes walkthrough on how to do that and you can do accordingly

    Regards

    Hello –

I’m having trouble figuring out how to set the content layout on the home page. This page does not appear on my pages list and content is currently set up to feed from the posts page, but I don’t want posts to display on the home page. How can I edit this page so I can control design of home page content layout?

    Gwen

@GwenEH – you can preview some pages and set the Homepage from the WordPress Admin > settings > reading> Front Page Display

If you have doubts you can contact us via Skype and we will be happy to share our screen and help you out.

    Regards

    Hi,

I’ve tried to follow this, but I find I still can not get the page to be full width. What is the full width shortcode?

    Thanks
    Paul.

    @paulelambert

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.

Sorry for taking a while to reply. I found the solution to this. I needed to:
    1) change the side bar layout to full width to remove any side bars
    2) change the template format in the options on the right hand side from default to full width.

    Thanks.
