Hi there,

I’m using two Contact Form 7 on my site and when I submit both forms, neither enquiries get sent to my email address. I’ve tried several email addresses and neither forms come through. Is this a bug with WordPress 3.9 or a separate issue?

If you can provide with WP Logins then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp logins.

Hi Mawk,

I’ve tested the enquiry forms with a different email address but I’m still unable to receive the enquiry emails on both contact forms.

I also have two other sites using the same theme and need to know how to resolve those contact forms as well.

Oh, I have just noticed that the contact forms are actually widgets rather than contact form 7 forms. I have now tested other email address in the widget and still I’m unable to receive emails.

@majorcorp22j Its something related to your Office365. As per WordPress settings you need to use only domain specific email ID’s not the IMAP or thirdparty E-mail Accounts.
