I am noticing some jagginess. Is it possible to disable smooth scroll or whatever the theme is using?

If you can provide with WP Logins then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp logins.
We are not using any smooth scroll. We are using back to scroll button for that we are using scroll with easing that’s it.
