I need to put the gallery widget in a page (outside sidebar and footer), any way to do this? Like a shortcode or PHP function

I need a differnt gallery by artist, like in the demo, but different photos by artist.

Yes you can have different gallery by artist by using gallery shortcode from Shortcode Generator.
