You are using the old version. Kindly please update the theme to the latest version. It’s fixed in the latest version. Make sure you take a backup before doing anything.

Everything is up to date. I also upped my memory and still no luck. Tried deactivating all plugins too.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

you are using the Anona Version: 5.2. Kindly update to the latest version go to ThemeForest and download the newest version and update it. Before you make any updates please take a backup and do the rest as said in the documentation.
