Upgraded to MusicPlay v12.0, shortcodes not working, pages can’t be found

Hi,

After upgrading to latest version 12,
All pages are displaying the shortcodes.
When I go to any page, it says sorry page can’t be found.

Could you please hook me up with the last version of this theme, parent and child-theme.

I don’t have the funds right now to pay for extra support, a roll-back should sort this for now.

I didn’t save any backups because I never had any issues updating before.

Hi sounds,
Sorry for the inconvenience. If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only the admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.
