Hello,

I’ve been using BH Pro for a few years and am very happy with the plugin. However, recently, the pages where I have inserted the shortcodes are displaying a blank page. When I disable the plugin, I can see the pages contents and the shortcode itself is displayed (as expected since the plugin is deactivated.) I just repurchase 6month of support so I can get help with this issue.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

Hi jillapollo,
I updated the Business Hours Pro plugin code with the latest PHP version. Now, the following issues are resolved and activate the plugin, and the page content is showing now. And I saw after deactivate the plugin shortcode is visible. For this here you’re using Avada Page Builder editor. So, you have to contact the Avada Page Builder support.

Hi Mehraj,

Thank you. The page content is back!

I’m a little confused though! When I insert the shortcode and then view the page, I see the days of the week displayed but the times are not. Can you help with that?

I’m not sure why I need to contact Avada. I’m happy to do it but it’s not clear what I need them to do.

Hi jillapollo,
Check now timings are displayed. In the settings actually, you have checked this option Grouping Hours due to this time not visible.

It is conflicted by some other plugins because of this Group hours is not working fine. we’ll find an alternate solution for this and let you know ASAP.

Hi! I’ve just been told that there is an issue with the display with the hours. When I went to the backend I saw that the plugin is GONE! I went to download it again and found it’s removed from Code Canyon where I purchased it.

What gives?!?!?

We have stopped giving support for the plugin as its getting outdated. So, we have started working on the plugin with the new coding. once we find any solution we will message to you.
