Yes can we please get a public answer to this problem, I also cannot load theme options on first step of installation and I have used your themes many times without issue. If you have a fix please post it somewhere so we purchasers can see it without having to create individual help tickets.
    Thanks!

Used some files Aivah provided me to fix some outdated javascripts in the theme and it fixed the problem.

They will have to confirm but I presume most of their themes use the same basic core scripts, specifically to fix the issue with the loading/spinning you will need updated files for framework/yourthemename/js/ directory.

in my case it was autowash-of-script.js and autowash-of-medialibrary-uploader.js
You will likely have similar files named for your theme in similar locations on your site’s backend.

they also provided me with some other scripts but I believe those were to fix issues with their custom widgets/shortcodes

hope that helps everyone looking for a public answer. the short of it is you will need the updated files and ftp them into place (or allow aivah to do it for you) until they have an updated downloadable package on themeforest etc.

    good luck folks.
