UltraNet stuck loading and can not customize. I have purchased WP Bakery Page Builder and I have installed and updated all plugins. Running WP 5.5.3 with UltraNet theme. Not sure what the issue is.

Hi, @josemootheril
If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only the admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

I have taken look at your site from our end, it’s working fine. I had replaced the URL of the client logos from media images in the client slider. please clear your system cache once and let me know.
