    Hi,

    Is it possible to edit the message:
    It looks like UltraNet Broadband Service is Available. But, one of our representatives can take a closer look at the results.

    So that I can change UltraNet.

    BTW: My settings page is just blank on all 3 tabs, general, local, email…

    Yes, you can edit/change the following message this option is available inside the packages setting page. And the packages setting page is not coming due to caching can you please clear caching and if you still encounter the same issue let us know.
    By the way, your support is expired. For continued support please extend your support license.

    Thanks yes it was cache.

    I have edited the settings for Service unavailability / Service availability but now the message does not appear at all ?

    BTW: Support was renewed a few months back. Please update your records.

    If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
    Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.
