Hi Team,

I have installed the Labora theme on the following link

http://moraceae.abhitech.com

But we are unable to import demo content of the theme and Moreover, we are not able to configure theme settings.

Please help

Hello Khanam,

Yes we have activated the one click demo import plugin but it is not working.

If you want WP credentials to look into it than we can provide it to you.

We need to launch the website based on this theme at our earliest so request you to please resolve the issue quickly.

You can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it and set up the demo for you. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets, etc.
