Hello,

I originally contacted Maqk via Skypechat (18/06/19) about my issue and he stated that he will follow up and fix the problems with my Demo installation the following day. This has still not happened, despite providing him with the credentials for the backend. I can provide a transcript of the chat, or credentials via email if necessary.

The issue is in summary;
1) Installed the theme, Installed the Child theme and activated it.
2) Installed all pre-requisite plugins and activated them and imported all of the pre-requisite options.
3) I selected the One-Click demo install.

Result: The formatting appears to have deployed correctly, but at a glance all of the images in the sliders and other static images on all pages are missing……https://kigeliapharma.com

Please advise how to resolve this a.s.a.p.

Hi @ivywebadmin
You need to use your own images. The theme images are used for the demo purpose. If you want demo images then provide us WP Logins to your website with URL will add images. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets, etc.
