I have just purchased and uploaded the the files to my web hosting account however on the check.html page i am getting the below error.

Now the below message “Thank you , we will notify once the service is available.” is on the page without me even putting in a zipcode, so i have checked the code using Google Chrome and replaced the link in ultranet-custom.js file to link my zipcode file and its still not working.

Can someone help please ?

Check your zipcode.json file format should be same as our zipcode.json format because in custom.js we are targetting JSON attributes ZIPcode, location. Can you please share your JSON file so we can take a closer look at it.

Hi,

The file format is below, i havent made any changes to the files downloaded from ThemeForest at all, i have changed my PHP version on my web hosting which has made it work now however the send form still doesnt work and the message is still overlapping?

Would it help to send over my web hosting account details at all ?

Fixed the issue actually the problem is your domain on https and you’re passing zipcode file link on HTTP I changed in custom.js
